Description
21st- century writing takes on many forms. At the Rutgers University English Department’s new Writers House, students take on traditional forms of writing, as well as writing in new media. Each semester sees the creation of outstanding works of fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, and drama, as well as graphic stories, digital poetry, blogs, and film, among other genres. The Zimmerli Art Museum is proud to showcase the outstanding student-generated work by Writers House in classes ranging from Creative Writing: Poetry to New Media for Writers. This year, creative writing students will be invited to exhibit their work at the Zimmerli Art Museum, Lower Dodge Gallery. We hope you will join us for this wonderful experience of creativity.
Cost
Payment required. $3.00 per person for adults who are not members of the museum. Entrance to the museum is free at all times for members, all children under 18, and Rutgers University students, faculty, and staff with a valid I.D.Post a Countdown Widget
