Looking for people who are training and who are currently running a minimum of 15 miles per week and want to increase milelage into the spring running at sub 9:00 Min/Mile Pace (8:40 -8:30 most runs). Tempo runs may be faster. Runs will range from 3 - 8 miles depending on the group. I prefer long runs on Sundays. This Sunday the run will be 5 miles starting from Landa Park.
