Daily, dawn to dusk. Trail is rated 1 and is suitable for wheelchairs and strollers. Pets are not allowed in the parks. The walk on city sidewalks and paved trails takes you by historic homes, on the riverwalk downtown, through city parks, and by the lighthouse.
