VOXICONN, Connecticut's first collegiate a cappella festival. February 2, 2013 at Naugatuck High School, Naugatuck, CT.
VOXICONN, first conceived by Love Note Sentiment Vocal Band, strives to bring together all of Connecticut's collegiate a cappella ensembles in a more structured, competitive setting. Each registered ensemble will have 8 minutes to prove they have what it takes to win aca-glory. At the conclusion of the festival, there will be prizes awarded for categories like best overall performance, best soloist, best vocal percussionist and so much more! Most importantly, it serves as a chance for the Connecticut a cappella community to come together, network, and make new connections. The registration deadline is January 1, 2013. Participants will then be notified of the schedule of events two weeks prior to the event date. In the event of inclement weather, VOXICONN will be moved to February 9, 2013.
