NAAM teaches us how to heal our body and spirit so that we can be the embodiment of Love and Light. Each class delivers a harmonizing, energizing and healing experience and starts with an extensive series of warm-ups designed to gently stretch and wake up the entire body, followed by specific Pranayama (breathing) and Asanas (postures) to strengthen the immune system and physical body. We also use chanting meditation during the class to raise the body's vibratory rate so that self healing can take place, both on physical and spiritual level. ALL LEVELS.
