This event is presented by World on Wednesdays.
TN-CIL conference is an annual event where student leaders from across Tennessee gather to develop leadership skills, challenge their perspectives of global leadership, develop friendship and networks among international and study abroad students, promote cross cultural understanding on our campuses and beyond, learn to recognize differing styles of leadership across cultures, present workshops in front of their peers, and share their culture with others.
Conference participants are international students and U.S. study abroad students currently enrolled in Tennessee colleges and universities.
TN-CIL includes workshops, community service projects, team building games, diversity exercises, and social events. Students and staff present conference sessions focused on study abroad, campus diversity, international programming, personal goals, group dynamics, and more.
