Please note: While there will be elements of sexuality we will not be giving any "sexual demonstrations," but serious and pertinent questions regarding sexuality and the sexual intimacy will be explored and answered so this is an 18 and over workshop and anyone who desires to enhance their relationships by infusing the element of the sacred and spiritual into their expression thereby enhancing their technique should attend as a couple or single. The workshop will include ancient teachings from ancient texts reconciled with our moderns times and modern sexuality, mores, ethics and non-sexual intimacy. It will also include some basic techniques that you can try in relation to sense sensitivity and also simple exercises, some yogic, to enhance the sexual experience and also enhance non-sexual fitness. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat or cushion if you so desire.
