We meet at the corner of Porterhouse & Heaton Way, Monday - Friday at 6:30 am. The route is through Lenox Village and will last 50 minutes to 1 hours. There are a few slight inclines. We will cancel if there is steady rain. Why should you come? Walking in the morning is a great way to wake up!, keep the weight off, and good for your mental health!
On the MySpace bulletin board page click "Post Bulletin".
