Phone: (615) 743-3400 From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on occasional evenings, the center bustles with a variety of programs and classes. Among the most popular are computer lessons, SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, knitting and crocheting and a current events discussion group.
