Earn an Extra Wellness Credit in 2009.
Faculty and staff can earn up to $120 in addition to their own Go for the Gold Wellness Credit by having their Spouse/Certified Domestic Partner (CDP) participate in Go for the Gold.*
Need help? Contact Health Plus at 343-8943 or e-mail us for log in information for your Spouse/CDP.
The deadline for completion is November 30, 2008 for a wellness credit in 2009.
*Spouse/CDP must be on your Vanderbilt health insurance to participate.
