Every month we are going to meet up with someone in the community who is a very special person we all will be happy to know better. This month is Dr. Joe Spano. Shaman Joe, as he likes to be called, is a gastrointestinal physician better known for his outstanding holistic approach to healing, blending east and west, body, mind and spirit with his own gentle soul. Joe has been involved in community building projects in South America, and brings a wealth of knowledge to everything he does. Joe has been leading a music meditation group at Unity of Naples for over 20 years, and we are going to join him for a half hour ÃÂ"get-to-know-youÃÂ" introduction gathering, followed by joining his meditation group for a 90 minute music meditation. Then we will share a potluck vegetarian/vegan dinner where weÃÂ'll all have a chance to speak with Joe personally. There is a suggested $5 love offering that goes to Unity Church.
