Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. , Closed Sun, Tue and Thurs and major holidays, call ahead to confirm hours. Youth under age 18 may walk free with credit. Route is on a paved creekside greenway and on sidewalks through downtown and residential areas of Andy Griffith's home town. See Andy's boyhood home, Snappy Lunch, home of the famous porkchop sandwich, and Floyd's Barber Shop, where Andy Griffith went. Mayberry Days Festival is the fourth weekend of September. Optional route for Cemetery Stroll program.
