Shoreline Amphitheatre

The setup of the arena is nice but......... I wish they had better arrangements for seating people with disabilities. I had the worst time at the Brad Paisey concert recently. I missed the first two acts and most of Brad,......waiting for someone to assist me.... They gave me a headset, I ran back to concert to listen......the headset didn't work! I had to run back to the office...... They gave me another, headset, I ran back to concert to see if it worked.......it didn't. I had to run back to office again!!! Then they said they would try to find me a better seat, but they kept telling me my seat was good.... It may have been good for someone who can hear! I can't hear that well.......I read lips very well though. I waited for quite sometime, only to to have them say "your seat is a good seat,it is the best that is available. Needless to say they were of NO HELP WHAT SO EVER"!" I noticed alot of people standing near the stage,so I headed down there, only to be stopped by an usher......yet he let a group of young girls go down???? I also saw empty seats, tried to get them to seat me in one of them, again "NO HELP!" I went back to my seat.got to hear 7 songs,then the show ended!!!!!!! I am not happy with them at all!!! I will not be attending any concerts there,until they get better seating for people who are disabled.....
