Some call it the lighted boat parade, but the organizers in Moss Point call theirs, Christmas by the River. Along the riverfront, you will have live entertainment, food and exhibits but the premier event will be watching the boats traverse the river area. In the crisp December night, you will see small boats, medium boats and some very large ones, all decorated from bow to stern with white and colored lights. At the climax of the magnificent boat, parade will be what every young and old always wants to see, Old Saint Nick arriving by boat.
