Description
Daily, dawn to dusk. A mostly flat, pleasant walk predominantly on pavement along the Neppel Landing bike path, an old railroad bed, through neighborhoods bordering Moses Lake, McCosh Park, the Japanese Garden, the Civic Center and downtown. Pass the fountain in Moses Lake (running seasonally) and downtown art. Some shady areas, but Moses Lake is very warm in the summer. Walk early in the day in summer, wear a hat and carry water. Pets on leash. Owners responsible for cleanup. Some uncut curbs will make wheelchairs difficult. A 1K option brings you by a fire station.
