YogaKids Ages 2-4 years (Moraga YogaKids Ages 2-4 )

YogaKids, the premier yoga program for kids, recreates traditional yoga techniques and poses in fun and educational ways. These poses are mixed and matched into lessons with games, stories, music and more to teach to the active preschooler. It introduces languages, geography, ecology, basic math concepts and cooperative living ideas. YogaKids classes include breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Participants will also explore poses and techniques to increase strength, flexibility, focus, concentration, and balance. These classes are full of barking dogs, hissing snakes, roaring lions, fluttering butterflies, and balancing trees! Parent/Caregiver participation is required.
