This year, the fourth annual Salon Passion Chocolat & Cie at Montreal's Palais des congres again presents the dazzling talents of the artisanal chocolatiers who practice in this exquisite medium. On the menu: a 'chocolate masterpieces' competition between students from various culinary institutes, tasting sessions, product sales, a fashion show of chocolate dresses and accessories, conferences and demonstrations by special guests, and a chocolate museum.
