300 yd. swim, 10 mi. bike, 3 mi run

Texas Star Tri Montgomery has moved. You talked; we listened. You are going to love the pool facility. The Montgomery Aquatic Center will host this year's event. Check out this state-of-the-art facility at http://www.misd.org/aquaticCenter.aspx. The 300 yd. swim will begin with two lines at each end of the pool (fastest first). Both lines will snake through the lanes and exit from the center of the pool (big guys to help you out of the pool if you need it).

Once you exit the aquatic center, you are in the transition area. Volunteers and signs will direct you along your 10 mile ride (NO LOOPS this year!). You'll enjoy the out and back ride along Lone Star Pkwy (Currently we are finalizing the bike route. We'll have maps available soon). The 3 mile run takes place near the Bear's Stadium. You'll enjoy this energizing, flat run with plenty of water stations offering Gatorade and water, helpful volunteers, and clearly marked signs guiding you to the finish.
