Happy New Year!!! Our discussion today will focus on new year - new beginning themes of resolutions and goal setting, fresh starts, and organization. If you're new to us: this is business networking with an emphasis on building long-term, sustainable business relationships. We mingle and talk, sit down to eat and listen to short presentations from myself or other members. Today's Lunch n Learn topic is Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan: Organizing for Selling Success. We must be able to think strategically about our accounts, use great time management, set appropriate goals for each stage of the process.
