This fun Latin inspired dance program includes Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Tango, and Rock and Roll. These programs are guaranteed to provide the participant with a safe and effective total body workout! It is fun, different, easy and effective. Often said it is "exercise in disguise." It's great for the mind, body and soul!
