Stroller Strides® Class

We'll be doing our 60 minute total body workout to gain the health benefits of exercise while enjoying the emotional benefits of having a support network of other moms. All exercises conform to ACOG (American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology) guidelines and you can work to your current level of fitness with various exercise modifications. Bring water to drink, a towel to lie on the grass for abs and stretching, and a sippy-cup & snack for your child (and a hat or sunscreen helps too). Come ~15min before class to fill out a registration card and stay after for some kids park play and mommy social time.
