Nutritional Cleanse & Weight loss Meetup

We will discuss the process of cleansing and weight loss. Dawn McLaughlin, Certified Zumba Instructor, will be at most of the meetings. She and I will present the system we are using and the benefits. This group will be to support everyone in their weight loss using their system of choice. You can also learn about Dawn's Zumba classes if you are interested. We should all be willing to help each other with encouragement, recommendations and recipes. Let's plan on having some fun and getting healthy and maybe even wealthy while we are at it. Bikini time is coming, well maybe for some of us just a bathing suit of some kind :)
