
Restorative Yoga Practice

Restore... to return something to its previous condition. Restorative Yoga is used to engage the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for balancing the body. This practice will help you relax and rest deeply. You will experience lower heart rate and blood pressure while stimulating your immune system in a healthy way. Each posture is supported by blankets and/ or bolsters. (Please feel free to bring your own restorative props to get the most out of your practice.) Instructor: Laura Leventhal. $20/$30.
