NEW YEARS DAY Friday January 1st, 2010: 8am-"108 Sun Salutations" All levels of experience welcome and there are no requirements. You can come for one or all and you go at your own pace. 10:30am-Qigong and Meditation 12 Noon-Group Breathe Session (Healing the emotional body) 1:30pm- CREATING 2010 Come and join the community in creating 2010 and beyond. (Remember to bring your poster board, glue sticks and magazines) All events this day are free community events!!!
