Description
The Varsity Theater Minneapolis first opened its doors to the public way back in 1915, when it functioned as a vaudeville showplace. Later and in keeping with current trends, the venue transferred its focus to movies. Nowadays, the historic institution is an immensely popular spot for live music and theatre in particular, as well as dance performances, film screenings and various other special events. Indeed, weddings, private parties and corporate functions are all common additions to the Varsity Theatre schedule.
