Note:
The NSC Track & Field Club is an advanced training program using the newest training theory and methodology. This program is geared toward the development of the high school athlete, but is also open to middle school, collegiate, and masters athletes. We have five, three and two day a week sessions. You can also join the club any time between November and February. See the website below for details.
