Description
This class elicits mind/body focus. Poses improve posture, balance, strength and flexibility. It is an excellent choice for stress relief! Karen Onny from My Neighborhood Fitness has been practicing yoga for 13 years. Karen is Kripalu and Ashtanga Yoga Certified and also teaches Yang Style Tai Chi and Chi-Kung. 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM each Thursday. Walk-ins welcome! You don't have to be an LHSC member or join this Meetup to attend. Don't be discouraged if there aren't many RSVPs; there are lots of folks who aren't on Meetup who will be there too!
