Participants will
• learn how Grants.gov works, including how Grants.gov interfaces with NIH Commons;
• understand how to complete required forms and submit applications; and
• receive important information on how to proactively troubleshoot potential problems.
Note that the National Institutes of Health no longer accepts paper applications for the majority of its grant competitions, including Regular Research Grants (R01), Academic Research Enhancement Awards (R15), the Small Research Grant program (R03), and the Exploratory/Developmental Research Grant program (R21). All applications to these programs must be submitted electronically.
