Homestead High School- 5000 W. Mequon Rd., MequonTuesday, Nov 17, 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm
The Ozaukee County Transition Committee invites all students in grades 6-12 with special needs, along with their parents, to the Ozaukee County Transition Night. Come learn about resources available to assist in making informed decisions for reaching future educational and career goals. Become familiar with transition services in areas such as education, training, employment, financial planning, recreational opportunities and independent living at this valuable, one-stop forum. Over 50 presenters from colleges, career programs, service agencies and community resources will be on hand to offer assistance and information about these opportunities and show you how to access these services to meet your individual post secondary needs.
