Florida Foto Fantasy - November 13-15, 2009

With the help of a few South Florida models and photographers, I came up with a photo shoot that should be appealing to a LOT of glamour photographers. The awesome locations, gorgeous models, terrific weather, and first class hotel accommodations right on the beach combine to make this shoot a "must do". Be sure you sign up right away for this. It should be a sell out very quickly! We will have a "meet up" reception for photographers and models in the hotel suite on Friday evening @7pm to meet each other and go over the weekend's shooting schedule. Please make your plans to arrive in Ft. Lauderdale on Friday afternoon so you will be able to join in. Shooting will begin on Saturday morning and take place in a few different areas including Haulover Beach, a well know "clothing optional" beach right on the ocean with a variety of interesting shooting locations. After some shooting there in a rotating schedule-the ratio will be a terrific 2:1 so plenty of shooting time with all of the models. We plan on also doing some additional shooting in one of nearby state parks with lush vegetation and lots of beautiful scenery. After a morning of great shooting, we will have a relaxing lunch break and resume shooting for a few hours and return to the hotel in the late afternoon. We will have "happy hour", a short debriefing and set up private shooting sessions with the models. For those that want to take advantage of the terrific location and enjoy the beach and pool, this is a great opportunity. On Sunday we will convene at the hotel for a short trek to South Beach in Miami for some shooting at this world famous location. This should be some interesting scenery indeed. Shooting will be fine; just be sure to only photograph the models! After a relaxed shoot we will have a lunch break and take the drive to nearby Key Biscayne and Virginia Key, the site of another nude beach with even some more interesting and diverse scenery. We will complete the shooting there and return to the hotel in the mid afternoon. Anyone wanting to depart for home can take their leave or arrange private shoots with the models at the hotel suite, at your discretion. Either way, it would be a shame to not take full advantage of the excellent beach location and the superb amenities that are available. Anyone that can, stay over on Sunday for some more fun and camaraderie with your fellow photographers and models for a post shoot get together to wind up the fantastic weekend....
