Fitness Connections

Invite friends you need to connect with or meet new people interested in staying fit...Everyone is welcome! This is a great way to get some one on one time with those special people who are hard to connect with. So, get this date on your calendars! We begin by walking around the Lakeshore State Park and then go north depending on the weather and stamina. You could go past Bradford Beach and back which would be a good four miles both ways. At some point we route to Alterra for a break, beverage and conversation. We gather to stretch at the north park entrance by Discovery World along the fenced section over looking the lagoon. See the picture? That's the spot! If you miss us at 2:15 you have two options: 1. We will be coming around the island and passing the initial meeting spot and can get you then. 2. If you are very late, head over to Alterra and you can walk back with us. Parking can be tricky with the festivals which has caused several people to miss the start time, so give yourself time or take a dry run before hand. Hope to see you!
