Now you have a chance to find out what the class is all about in an experiential format. Join us for a two hour introduction to this wonderful program! Here is more info about the program itself: Are you at a point in your life where you want to make some real changes for the better? Would you agree with me if I said, "All you have in life is a result of your brain's work and those new desired changes will come from it, too."? Would you be interested in learning more about YOUR brain, its potential and healing/transforming power? Please come to discover some new methods to unlock your hidden potential and train your brain to work for you the way you want it to. This course is holistic and experiential and run as a series of mini-workshops. It includes Part I (an introductory class followed by 6 more classes) and Part II (3 classes with more intense practice and deeper understanding of learned techniques). We will discuss the connection between mind and brain, brain and body, and your goals in life. Through fun and challenging activities in this course you will learn a lot about yourself and YOUR BRAIN which is the most important organ for a successful and enjoyable life. You will learn principles of developing a healthy brain and some basic exercises to keep it in good condition. You will find out your own keys for self-control and emotional balance. We'll talk about brain plasticity that opens the door for hope and about fixed beliefs that keep us in stagnation, and will practice some methods to overcome obstacles and change habits. This program is based on books Brain Wave Vibration by Ilchi Lee and The Brain That Changes Itself by Norman Doidge. You can also visit Healing Mirrors to learn more about the �brain� classes. Please, consider making a commitment for the whole course of 10 sessions. Each meeting is 2 hours long and includes physical and mental activity. Please wear comfortable clothes and have a water bottle. Emotions and reactions * The Power of Choice for overcoming habits and obstacles * Harmonizing two hemispheres of your brain to get harmony in your life * Brain and Senses.
