Grief coaching can help you regain some perspective and can work with you to understand the behaviors and emotions that are part of the process, as well as give comfort when suffering through a major loss. We will meet on a weekly basis to assist you to rebuild your life, one step at a time, and to help create strategies for changes and to support you through those changes. This group is facilitated by an experienced Certified Life Coach/RN, who will also help you to trust the new and different life that awaits you. This is an on-going group.
