Dishes vary between classes – most classes include 6 – 8 dishes. These classes are designed to get you started and beyond. All the recipes can be made with ingredients that are easily available in Miami. You will be provided with copies of the featured recipes.

All classes culminate with a tantalizing sit-down meal from Appetizers to Desserts.
