Experience all the benefits of a great Asana practice (physical poses) AND take home mindful breathing and meditation techniques as Jezaree guides you through 40 minutes of therapeutic yoga and finishes with 20 minutes of breathing techniques and meditation to use in your everyday life off the yoga mat. ONLY $8!! Class is limited to 8 students, RSVP is required. Class is held in the Community Room at the Center for True Harmony Wellness & Medicine PC. 2152 S. Vineyard #138, Mesa AZ 85210.
