Therapy Yoga with Astara! Come experience and learn the foundational pieces of yoga or enhance your already established practice. The foundational pieces are often missed which allow us to get more out of our yoga practice. At the same time detox your body, mind, and soul while you get a great workout. This class will incorporate your emotional and mental focus within each pose. Class is limited to 8 students. Please RSVP. $15,Discounts available when purchasing class cards.
