Thrash/Shock Metal St. Madness has a theatrical live show, with 'guest' appearances by Satan, Saint Madness, Carl the Clown, and Evil Elvis, and many others. They have been honored to perform with Van Halen, Destruction, The Misfits, King Diamond, Six Feet Under, Flotsam & Jetsam, Monster Magnet Sacred Reich, Lynch Mob, Fates Warning, Mercyful Fate, Black Oak Arkansas, and at the 12th and 13th Milwaukee MetalFests. St. Madness was also honored to have their song 'Sexual Abuse' covered by the infamous punk band 'Guttermouth' for the 'Punk Goes Metal' (Fearless Records/2000) release.
