Dance Workout class with Sherry VanGoethem! In this day and age getting to the gym for a workout is not only time consuming, but can also be mundane for most. What better way to change all that, than to shimmy on the dance floor with your girlfriends?! Then you can grab lunch and chitchat about the great workout you enjoyed! Come shake some of the stress and pounds away in a fun, cardio filled dance workout class with Sherry VanGoethem at True Harmony! Class is limited to 8 students, RSVP is required.$15, Discounts available when purchasing class cards.
