Chi Gong Brocade Foundation with Susan Kregar! Balance the body through movement techniques and body position This class teaches the positions of yogic art, including breath work, alignment, strength and flexibility. All movements are in the standing position. Movements can also be adapted for students in wheelchairs or with limited mobility who need to be seated in a chair. Please RSVP. This Class is $15; discounts available with purchase of a Culture Class Card.
