Each month we hold the last day of boot camp as the final day of registration (for new participants) for the next month's boot camp. Also, we perform weigh in's for those with specific weight loss goals. If you are registering for the next boot camp your payment will be collected at this time (cash or check only please). Once registered you can participate in the Active Bodies Boot Camp every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday at 5:30am. The camp will last for about an hour. There are 3 phases to the boot camp: warm-up; an intense 30+ minute workout; and, cool down/stretching. You do not have to be in great shape to begin the boot camp, however it is recommended that you speak to your physician if you have an underlying medical condition that may be affected by the intensity of the workout. You will get a great workout each time and you will feel and see yourself getting in better shape within weeks! What a great opportunity for you! We look forward to working with you! -Erik
