Welcome! The purpose of this Meetup group is to make a positive impact on our own health & well-being,so we can live a balanced and peaceful life.

This is not a Bible study, however, the Bible has some great wisdom on how we are to live our lives and will be quoted. :)

It is our responsibility to take care of our body, mind & spirit to the best of our ability.

There will be weekly meetings in acquiring the skills & knowledge needed to achieve that balanced life we all want. I feel this is even more necessary these days with all the health issues, economic stress and negativity we are faced with on a daily basis.
