Description
Located in Memphis, Tennessee, the FedEx Forum officially opened its arena doors to the public in September of 2004. The Forum is the biggest public building project in Memphis history and cost a whopping $250 million to complete. In addition to the size of the project, the FedEx Forum is particularly known for its unique Memphis music theme. Regardless of the aesthetics, the FedEx Forum Memphis is all around one of the area’s leading venues for sports and entertainment.
The FedEx Forum is currently home to the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis Tigers basketball team. The housing of these teams has made the FedEx Forum Memphis a major contributor to Tennessee’s basketball scene. The FedEx Forum schedule has even hosted several notable NCAA basketball events like the Conference USA.
