Come join us for a hike around Herb Parsons Lake. This place is close by - less than 5 miles from Collierville and just a bit more from Arlington. See directions at the link below. Much of the hike is lake side with great views. You will love it. We will meet on the deck at the store/bait shop (you can see it as soon as you pull into the park). Come join us for a hike around Herb Parsons Lake. This place is close by - less than 5 miles from Collierville and just a bit more from Arlington. See directions at the link below. Much of the hike is lake side with great views. You will love it. We will meet on the deck at the store/bait shop (you can see it as soon as you pull into the park). Bring snacks, water, sunscreen, and a hat. Wear and either sneakers or hiking boots and dress in layers. It is also good to bring a backpack if you wish to remove layers. Bring bug spray. This is an easy hike on well marked trails, perfect for those new to hiking. We hike between 2-4 hours.
