This is another meetup suggested by a member, which many thought was a great idea. I think it's wonderful to get it a lot of activity before the holidays! It helps set the tone for healthy eating and activity throughout the holiday season. Bring a picnic lunch or at least a few snacks, and prepare for a lovely hike through the Enchanted Forest. The weather will be cool and invigorating--perfect for some destressing before the Thanksgiving holiday. Nature can always help to center us, and we'll be burning calories while we enjoy the peace. Female bonding and exercise--a perfect match!
