Bayside Tappers Introductory 3 Session Workshop is happening in November

Hi Happy Tappers The next Introductory Group Tapping Workshop is running in November. If you are new to tapping, or would like to continue your tapping practice, this workshop will help you develop your skills, keep you focused, and let you interact with other tappers. As part of the group you will be given homework, as well as be encouraged to get in touch with fellow group members to continue to practice outside of these sessions. The Introductory Workshop is focused on 'Self Approval', and the aim of the group is to go free from the limiting beliefs that hold us back. Once you complete this introductory group you will be able to attend more advanced groups that are run throughout the year.
