Monday Evening Smithsonian Metro Mall Run

Event - Monday Evening Fun Run Location - Smithsonian Metro (right on National Mall) Time - meet between 6:15 pm and get started running shortly after 6:30 pm Course - Several courses available on national mall but options include going past many of the National Memorials, Washington Monument, World War 2, Lincoln Memorial, Capitol Building, East and West Potomac Parks, Jefferson Memorial, White House, Georgetown Distance - Runs range between 3 miles to 6 miles (you determine what is best for you) Pace - Runners range from 6 minute milers to 12 minute milers (you determine what is best for you - we typically are out there running from around 6:35 pm to around 7:20ish) Other informational items - Cars are typically available for personal storage - please state in your RSVP - a few things - 1. What pace and distance is comfortable for you? 2. Will you have a car available to store personal storage if need 3. Will you need to store personal gear. Be safe, have fun and make new running friends!!!
