Description
In this class, you will learn the process of professional wine tasting. You will also learn to identify and describe the components of wine and to evaluate its quality. This class will provide you with a solid base to build upon in future classes and tastings. We will taste 10 wines in the class and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided. There will also be a “meet-and-greet” from 630pm-700pm where you can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and meet the other participants.
