South Metro Atlanta Real estate Training (SMART) Group February Meetup

We are changing the monthly dates of the meeting for 2010. Yes! We are changing the monthly meeting date to the 2nd Thursday of every month. The next South Metro Atlanta Real estate Training group meeting will be February 11th, 2010 at the same place and time. (see below) I am excited to have as our February speaker, Mark Neighbor. He has been a real estate investor as long as I have since 2001. He has always been my real only competition in my real estate market. Now we are becoming friends and helping each other make money in this new economy of real estate. Mark agreed to share his quick secrets to evaluating a property quickly to determine if the house in a GO or a NO GO! Those of you who have been around awhile know that it has become very hard to determine market values for houses. Mark is constantly testing and learning the best way to determine market values for his potential real estate deals.
