50 Minutes of Bellydance Technique, Fat-Burning Movements, Gorgeous Shimmies, and Beautiful Isolations followed by 10 minutes of Meditative Goddess Movement. You will sculpt every muscle of your body with this amazing cardio and toning method of bellydancing. After the workout, we will cool down and do a beautiful meditation.
