Description
If you are bored with band and need a challenge; if you are tired of getting drowned out by the brass and reeds; if you are interested in playing with a group of talented flutists, join the Marylhurst Flute Choir! This group is open to all intermediate and advanced high school flute players. We play a variety of music from Baroque to modern, in 3 parts to as many at 10, oftentimes with one to a part. In this group, we spend a lot of time on intonation, blending, and good technique. It's practical education for the flutist, as well as fun.
